The standard items and materials that are included with your kit depends on your choice of model and side sheeting.
What is inside the Model NSS Steel Factory Kit?
Each Model NSS Steel Factory Kit comes with:
Assembly drawings & instructions
All hot-rolled structural steel members to erect the building, including welded on base-plates
All mild steel, sanded & primed with 1 coat corrosion protective paint
All cold rolled sections for the roof i.e. lip-channels
All nuts & bolts needed to assemble the structure
Steel IBR Zincalume roof sheeting as per the kit option, cut to size
Zincalume ridge flashing
Bull-nose sheeting for curved corners to eaves
Engineers design certificate
What is inside the Model HSS Steel Factory Kit?
Each Model HSS Steel Factory Kit comes with:
Assembly drawings & instructions
All hot-rolled structural steel members to erect the building, including welded on base-plates – 1 x 5m x 4.5m roller shutter support – 1 x pedestrian door sub-frame
All mild steel, sanded & primed with 1 coat corrosion protective paint
All cold rolled sections for the roof i.e. lip-channels
All cold rolled sections for gable ends as per selected kit option
All nuts & bolts needed to assemble the structure
Steel IBR Zincalume roof sheeting as per the kit option, cut to size
Steel IBR Zincalume side & gable end sheeting
